Under the patronage and presence of Sheikha Salama bint Tahnoon bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Chairwoman of the Al Liwan Foundation for Culture and Heritage, and in cooperation with the CNM Institute for Natural Health in the Emirate of Dubai, and on the occasion of the #Year_of_Community in the UAE, an educational lecture was organized under the title: “An Inspiring Morning on Gut Health, Stress, and Mental Wellness.” The lecture was presented by global health expert Barbara O’Neill. O’Neill addressed the importance of gut health in promoting physical and mental well-being, the impact of stress on overall health, and ways to achieve mental and emotional balance through a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
