the Liwan Foundation for Culture and Heritage concluded its first special Ramadan dialogue session, titled “Food and Cultural Communication: When Flavors Speak Without Translation.” The session brought together a group of prominent Arab chefs and nutritionists to discuss Arab food heritage and the similarities and differences between Arab cuisines during Ramadan. The session addressed the importance of cooking as a means of cultural expression and highlighted the diverse Ramadan food customs across Arab countries. It also explored ways to document and preserve Arab culinary art to ensure its continuity for future generations.
