Bait Mohammed bin Khalifa
Bait Mohammed bin Khalifa: A Cultural and Community Hub
Located in Al Ain City, Bait Mohammed bin Khalifa is a unique cultural destination and a vibrant community hub. This historic landmark, originally built in 1958, was the former residence of Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan. He was the father of Sheikha Hessa bint Mohammed bin Khalifa, who was the wife of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founder of the UAE.
Following an extensive restoration, the house was transformed into a dynamic creative platform. It now hosts various events, intellectual sessions, and provides diverse spaces for learning, working, and social interaction.
The house also features a permanent exhibition that sheds light on its history and the life of its owner, while also highlighting the transformations Al Ain has undergone over the past 60 years.
